Police are trying to track down a mugger who stole a woman’s bag in Hale last night.
The 46-year-old victim was leaving a Slimming World meeting at the Altrincham United Reformed Church on Cecil Road between 7.30pm and 7.40pm.
An unknown offender approached and grabbed her bag before running off.
Police say they are looking for a white person who was wearing dark clothing and a woolly hat.
