A 30,000 sq ft building in Altrincham town centre is looking to attract a number of new commercial tenants after undergoing a complete refurbishment.

Vertex, on Stamford Street, will provide a total of 29,337 sq ft of Grade A space across four floors. It’s set to be completed in July.

The building will also feature a new double height reception, improved frontage, new lifts and toilets, cycle storage, and extensive parking for cars including electric charging points.

The private client owner of Vertex has appointed the office agency team at the Manchester office of real estate advisors Colliers International to market the building.
