A co-working office company that has built a successful business in Altrincham is to open a new base.

altspace is to open a 5,000 sq ft office in Warrington next month, next door to the newly renovated Warrington Market.

The space features a variety of glass-fronted private offices for teams of three to 20 people, a hot desk area and large open plan kitchen with a cafe-style seating area.

The new base is another step up for the company, which has enjoyed success since moving to Kennedy House on Stamford Street in Altrincham, having originally started on Stamford New Road.

altspace founder Steve Upham

Founder Steve Upham, who moved to Altrincham four years ago after working in media and the charity sector in London, said: “I launched altspace co-working space in Altrincham in 2016 and have been overwhelmed with support and good will from the local business community.

“A number of clients have travelled across Cheshire to work in our private offices and creative spaces. altspace Warrington will offer another town centre venue for remote workers and small businesses enabling us to offer workers an amazing experience across two vibrant offices.”
