Average house prices in Timperley have risen by £32,904 in the past year, according to new data from Zoopla.
The median value for a house in the area now stands at £373,047 – marking a 9.67% rise in just 12 months.
Statistics also show that houses in Timperley are 15% above the national average.
Property values on Hulme Drive (£839,000) are now the most valuable in the village, having overtaken Rogerson Close (£838,000) which was the most expensive road to live on in Timperley in 2020.
Out of the 20 most expensive streets in Timperley, house prices on Moss Lane (£610,000) saw the largest increase, with values swelling by an average of 8.73%.
Park Avenue was the only newcomer to break into the top 20 – replacing Meadow Bank, which slipped out of the chart.
Other lucrative roads on the list included Leys Road (£796,000), Warburton Way (£791,000), Jackson Close (£739,000), Somerville Gardens (£634,000) and Lincoln Drive (£612,000).
