The former Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Timperley is to be demolished and replaced by residential housing.
The site, located off Brook Close, consists of a single-storey building and grounds which until recently operated as a place of worshop for Jehovah’s Witnesses.
It has now been bought by Hale-based developer PIC Homes and will be converted into four new homes.
The same developer has recently completed four luxury five-bedroom homes at The Saplings on Park Road in Timperley.
It has also worked on the renovation of the six-bedroom period residence that was previously Park Medical Practice.
