Strategic North, marketing strategy consultants to the pharmaceutical industry, is relocating to Altrincham from Bowdon.
The company has outgrown its current offices at Media House on Richmond Road and is more than doubling its space by moving into 2,430 sq ft at Downs Chambers, Downs Court (above).
Situated in an attractive courtyard in the heart of the town centre, the new premises has been taken on a five year lease.
Strategic North was founded in 2010 by Debbie Allman, Steve Padgett, David Coleiro and Michael White, and has worked with the likes of AstraZeneca, Oxford University and GlaxoSmithKline.
David Coleiro, partner at Strategic North, said: “Our business has continued to grow over the last three years and we needed to expand our office space.

Daniel Lee of Regional Property Solutions, who acted on behalf of the landlord Portland Properties, added: “Down Chambers was refurbished by the landlord to provide quality office accommodation. It offers a real alternative to multi occupied office buildings and its distinctive style attracted a great deal of interest and was subsequently let within a few months.”
The tenant was unrepresented.
