Pure Gym is to expand its Altrincham club by over 8,000 square feet, just over a year after opening on Stamford New Road.
The budget gym chain will open the new area this Thursday, August 13th, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 6.30pm.
The new space will allow the chain to develop a completely new gym layout, as well as more weight areas and equipment and a separate spin studio.
Antonio Scimeca, the gym’s manager, said: “The development has been so exciting. We just can’t wait to open it up now and get started.”
Assistant manager Simon Lamb added: “It’s exciting to have more space, it’s the one comment we always get – we’re not big enough.”
The gym revealed it is also thinking about opening up a ladies-only zone in the newly expanded area.
