A young entrepreneur has launched a Timperley-based business selling healthy alternatives to sweet treats.
Evie Waxman, 21, creates her entirely sugar, gluten and dairy-free products from a small unit in Timperley village.
Raw Bake Station products are now sold at a number of outlets around Altrincham, including Y McGregor, Shop4Supplements, Liv Coffee House, Succo Juicery and Gastronomy.

She can also be found most weekends at Altrincham Market, as well as in Chorlton, Knutsford and Ramsbottom.
Waxman said the inspiration for her business came from a trip Down Under that was initially only meant to last for six months.
“I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness,” she said, “but really my inspiration came when I went travelling in Australia and ended up staying for about two and a half years until my visa ran out.
“I lived in Perth for a while and did a lot of raw food classes over there and got really into it.”
Many of her products – which she creates and bakes herself – are nut-based, with her cheesecakes for example substituting cheese for cashew nuts.

She has also come up with healthy versions of Snickers and Bounty bars, salted caramel truffles and mint slices that are actually packed with raw greens. There are also protein-based treats for fitness fanatics.
“It’s hard for people to find good healthy alternatives in a coffee shop – some gluten-free food can be like eating cardboard,” she added.
Waxman, who was born in Liverpool but moved to Altrincham when she was eight, is still working part-time at Succo Juicery in Hale.
She will soon be launching a Kickstarter campaign to help her expand the business.
“I’ve had a lot of interest, it’s picked up quicker than I thought it would,” she said. “There’s too much processed food which is actually making us quite ill. I want these products to be an exclusive, high-end alternative.”
