One of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies has relocated its North West office from Oldham to Altrincham.
Orion Group has taken 2,440 sq ft of office space on the top floor of Warrant House on High Street, on a five-year lease.
The company, which has 48 offices worldwide, provides recruitment services across a range of industry sectors including the oil, gas, nuclear, renewables, construction, rail, IT and automotive industries.
Mike Wallace, group sales director, said: “We wanted to ensure that we moved to a location which offered the right demographic profile to attract the calibre of personnel we are looking for and Altrincham ticked that box.
“Warrant House provides the quality of space we required in a town centre location with all the associated amenities, which suits our expanding team, as well as the excellent public transport and motorway links.”
Regional Property Solutions and Canning O’Neill acted for the landlord Grange Thorpe Properties Ltd. The tenant was unrepresented.
