Three businesses commit to Altrincham with new lease deals

A communications agency, hair salon and e-cigarette company have all committed to Altrincham with new lease renewals.

Communications agency, Rumpus, has relocated from Hale village and taken the top floor offices in Altin Court, the newly completed mixed development scheme at 1a Woodlands Road, Altrincham.

It has agreed a five-year lease on the 846 sq ft suite.

Commercial director Gareth Clements said: “We are delighted to have secured space in this fantastic building, which comes at a time of rapid growth for the agency.  The contemporary offices with the addition of a great roof terrace is an excellent working environment for the staff.”

Daniel Lee, director, of Regional Property Solutions, who let the offices, said: “This striking new landmark development has attracted a great deal of attention from both residential and commercial occupiers and with only the top floor available it is not surprising that it let very quickly.”

Altin Court, developed by privately owned property company Altin Homes, is a 4000 sq ft contemporary three story Grade A office building.

Meanwhile, Stranz on Cecil Road has agreed a new 10-year lease on its 1,560 sq ft premises, while on Regent Road in Altrincham, the Stockport E Cig Company has renewed for a further five years on its 600 sq ft base.

Both properties are owned by a private pension fund, for whom RPS were once again acting.
