Altrincham law firm, Myerson Solicitors LLP, has completed the redevelopment of its office at Grosvenor House on Barrington Road.
Myerson acquired Grosvenor House in 2015 and after a complete refurbishment, the entire firm has now moved into the modern 20,000 sq ft Grade A office building.
Grosvenor House replaces the other offices occupied by Myerson over the last 30 years in and around Regent Road, which the 19-partner firm had outgrown after generating a 12% per annum compound rate of growth over the last five years.
Myerson currently employs 90 staff and the new office will allow it to increase staff levels beyond 150 people to meet client needs.
The company engaged specialist Manchester work place consultants, Mike Millward and Darius Baniabassian of OBI Property, to design and project manage the complete redevelopment of Grosvenor House.
The new office has been specifically designed to meet Myerson’s client and staff needs for the next 10 years and comprises creative, innovative and comfortable spaces for work, client and social needs.
It’s located at the intersection of Barrington Road and Stockport Road in the heart of Altrincham‘s expanding Office Quarter, near the tram station. There are 40 car parking spaces to the rear of the building.
Altrincham-based specialist office fit out company Spacescape was appointed as lead contractor for all phases of the redevelopment and Manchester office furniture specialist IKON supplied all furniture.
Carl Newton, managing partner at Myerson, said: “Having outgrown our current premises it has been fantastic to play our part in the regeneration of Altrincham by acquiring and re- developing Grosvenor House.
“We now have one centrally located office that future proofs our premises requirements for at least the next 10 years. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to acquire premises that meet our exact growing client and staff needs whilst at the same time retaining our home as a business in Altrincham.”
