A professional tailoring and alterations service has opened on The Downs in Altrincham town centre.
Golden Stitches has taken the 1,300 sq ft retail unit at 10 The Downs on a 10-year lease.
It’s the unit previously occupied by lettings company Homes4u.
Daniel Lee, director at Regional Property Solutions who acted for the private landlord, said: “This shop let very quickly after Homes4u vacated at the end of its lease.”
The tenant was unrepresented.
