Altrincham accountants acquired by private equity-backed firm

The move follows DJH Mitten Clarke's recent partnership with private equity investor, Tenzing.

Local accountancy firm Haines Watts Altrincham has been acquired by Stoke-based DJH Mitten Clarke.

The move follows DJH Mitten Clarke's recent partnership with private equity investor, Tenzing.

Haines Watts Altrincham, based on Ashley Road in Hale, is best known as an adviser to owner-managed businesses and as an expert in the education sector.

It will now become the Altrincham office for the Top 50 accounting firm.
