A property on Bollin Avenue in Bowdon has been hit with a partial closure order following ongoing reports of anti-social behaviour and disorder.
The order, secured by Greater Manchester Police working with Trafford Council's community safety team, prevents unauthorised visitors from entering the property while allowing the tenant to remain in the home.
Police said the action was taken to protect the local community and prevent further disruption.
A spokesperson for GMP said: "The order places clear restrictions on who can enter the property, helping to reduce criminality and improve safety for nearby residents.
"This is a direct result of partnership working and information provided by the public. We will continue to monitor the address and take further action where necessary.
"We'd like to thank residents for their continued support and encourage anyone experiencing issues in their area to report them."
