Here’s a first look inside Alderbank, the landmark new residential development in Altrincham.
The stunning £22million scheme on Ashley Road has been built on the site of Alexandra House, the former YWCA base.
It was due to open over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, but in light of the current circumstances, developer Real Estate Investment Partnerships (REIP) is instead giving prospective house-buyers a virtual walk-through of one of the ground floor apartments.

The striking scheme is a mixture of single-level, duplex and triplex apartments, as well as six one-bedroom mews houses.
The three-bedroom property seen here has a spacious kitchen-dining area that overlooks the landscaped courtyard of Alderbank, whilst the separate lounge area looks out towards the Grade II listed St John’s Church.
Beyond the hallway are two bedrooms, a family bathroom and a master bedroom with en suite, all of which have access to private outdoor patio areas.
