Here's a first look inside The Irish Deli, which opens to the public this Friday.
It's the latest initiative from the company behind Kennedy's Irish Bar next door, and is located in the former Amplifon unit on Greenwood Street.
The new launch is intended to give the Irish community a taste of home and will sell sandwiches, cakes, coffee and a wide array of food and drink sourced from Ireland.
Becky Watts, Operations Manager for Kennedy Hospitality Ltd, said: "It's all about bringing a bit of Ireland to Altrincham. Irish people love the nostalgic products that they grew up with, like Kimberley biscuits or the Club drinks.
"We've also added a few deli items, like jams and marmalades and sauces, that are all from Ireland.
"We're also the only place in England to sell Pure Roast Coffee from Northern Ireland."
The Irish Deli will also sell sandwiches and will offer a signature dish of a Hot Chicken Fillet roll, a renowned Irish dish.
