As one of the UK’s leading Venue Finders we specialise in delivering meetings, conferences and accommodation bookings in the UK, Europe and worldwide. We currently have an opportunity for a forward thinking, pro-active Meetings and Events Account Manager.
This is an amazing opportunity to engage with like-minded event professionals who are passionate about delivering successful events from small, highly focussed meetings to large scale conferences in the UK and worldwide.
The focus for this position is to be responsible for providing a venue-sourcing service that is second to none, including rate negotiations, dealing with client briefs, and producing proposals for their events in a timely and professional manner locations throughout UK, Europe and worldwide. You will also work closely with our key clients and develop relationships across all levels of the Meetings & Events business.
We work on the Gratis Venue Directory platform and full training will be given. You must be able to work under pressure whilst demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. You will be working on multiple accounts and need to be adaptable to managing multiple enquiries and be able to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
The successful candidate will have good organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people both inside and outside the organisation and enjoy working as part of a small team.
You will be highly customer focused and have an excellent command of English language both written and orally. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive candidate with a can-do attitude and outstanding attention to detail.

As well as a proactive can-do attitude, you should be able to work independently and to ‘think outside the box’. Exceptional time management skills along with the ability to prioritise and multi-task are essential.
