The Governors of St Vincent’s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, reliable and dedicated site manager who will provide a comprehensive site management service. Duties will include: fire safety and security, minor repairs, liaising with external contractors, monitoring the fabric of the building to ensure the school remains an attractive, clean and safe environment for our school community.
We are looking for candidates:
- Who have experience of one of the following: plumbing, building maintenance, general grounds maintenance and DIY, decorating, heating systems, security systems
- Who are flexible and well organised
- Who can make positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders e.g. contractors, governors, cleaners and teachers
- Who can display a conscientious and logical approach to the tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the school

Salary and other details:
- Band 4 Points 12-17 £28,598 - £31,022 FTE
- Working pattern: All Year, 26 days leave rising to 31 days after 5 years’ service
- Mon – Fri 10:30am - 6:15pm
- Permanent (subject to successful completion of six-month probationary period)
