We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Early Years Educator to join our exceptional team. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality early years education and creating nurturing, inspiring environments for young children to thrive.
About you:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or Children’s Care, Learning and Development), or Level 2 with a genuine commitment to progressing to Level 3
- Previous experience working in an early years setting
- A positive, proactive and hardworking approach

Your main duties will involve:
- Working as an effective team member, treat others with respect and follow the Nursery's Code of Conduct for staff.
- Being aware of the Nursery’s Mission Statement and supporting the management team in fulfilling this.
- Promoting a warm and understanding relationship between staff, children and parents.
- Being a good role model – provide an example of language, behaviour and conduct you wish others to follow.
- Demonstrating a high level of professional behaviour and reflect a positive image of the Nursery.
- Acting as a key person to a group of children, developing strong relationships with them and their families, and planning, completing, assessing and reviewing a range of highly stimulating and motivating activities of an exceptionally high standard and quality suitable to the age range and ability of children
