Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for your next career move with a leading local agency?
Watersons Estate Agents is expanding its team at its busy Hale office (212 Ashley Road, WA15 9SN) and is looking for a motivated, confident and customer-focused individual with excellent local knowledge of Hale, Altrincham, Bowdon and Timperley.
You must have previous experience in sales negotiation within an estate agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential sales from the offer stage through to exchange and completion
- Maintaining regular communication with vendors, purchasers and solicitors
- Booking property viewings and registering new clients
