Two people have been arrested after a 30-year-old man was stabbed near Tesco Extra in Altrincham this morning.
Police were called to Hamon Road at around 4.50am this morning and discovered a man with a stab wound in his back.
He was taken to hospital but his injuries are not thought to be serious or life-threatening.

A 28-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of assault and remain in custody for questioning. A police spokesperson said enquiries are ongoing.
A spokesman for GMP Trafford South said there would be an increased police presence in the town today as a result.
