Property developer Merepark Homes has moved to a former toy shop in Altrincham after agreeing terms on a new two-storey building on Tipping Street, off Hale Road.

Property developer Merepark Homes has moved to a former toy shop in Altrincham after agreeing terms on a new two-storey building on Tipping Street, off Hale Road.

The company will move from Market Court to The Cube, a self-contained building providing 1,974 sq ft of office accommodation with six car parking spaces.

Merepark, the developer behind the 28-apartment Victoria Apartments on Victoria Street, has agreed a five-year lease on the property, which used to trade as a toy shop. It has been completely refurbished.

Richard Peel, managing director of Merepark Homes, said: “The new offices are ideal for our requirements not only in regard to their style but their location close to Hale village and Altrincham.”

Daniel Lee, director of Regional Property Solutions who let the property on behalf of a private landlord, added: “We received lots of enquiries for this property, which resulted in a quick letting, reflecting the continuing popularity of this area.”
