Property services firm Styles&Wood, one of Altrincham’s biggest companies, is to move to new headquarters in Sale.
The £97million-turnover company is currently based at Aspect House, a 19,000 sq ft premises on Manchester Road, where it has been for around 10 years.
However, it’s announced that it will be relocating to a new 26,530 sq ft open-plan office, Cavendish House in Sale, in March.
The stock market-listed company, which currently employs around 150 staff in Altrincham and also has offices in London, Nottingham and Lancaster, is moving to accommodate its growing workforce.
“We have outgrown where we are now,” chief executive Tony Lenehan told the MEN.
“We are in the process of relocating, but we are staying true to our roots and moving down the road to Sale.
“The plan is to have the new offices in Cavendish House up and running in April next year, after all the staff have moved in at the end of March.
“It’s so important to be here, it’s where we came from and it’s a great region to work in.”
Styles&Wood has recently been involved in fitting out a new restaurant at The Lowry, as well as refurbishing 48 Waitrose stores nationwide.
