With Christmas party season just weeks away, one Altrincham bar is promising a warm welcome to local businesses of all sizes.
Embrace Bar, on Stamford New Road, says it has the second largest internal space of any similar venue in the town.
And to mark the impending festivities, the Victoriana-style café bar has rolled out a brand new cocktail and food menu as it looks to appeal to large and small businesses seeking a special venue for their Christmas party.
Owner Mike Burke said: “Many people might not realise just what a space we have here. As well as the main bar area, we’ve got a great space for functions and parties upstairs. There’s plenty of room to dance too, which is a strong selling point for us.
“Together with our roof terrace overlooking Goose Green – our well-kept secret! – we can comfortably accommodate 225 people.
“We also have a regular roster of some of the best live music acts around, so all in all we have a fantastic package for businesses looking for somewhere a bit different for their Christmas party this year.”
The bar is also pushing its exciting cocktail menu, with signature drinks including the Passionate Embrace, a mixture of passionfruit liqueur, coconut rum, elderflower liqueur, apple juice and a touch of lemon.
And new general manager Richard Freedman is offering cocktail-making masterclasses for special occasions such as birthday parties, hen parties and workplace social events.
He said: “We’re quietly confident that our cocktail menu is second to none – but we’re also happy to talk with customers to find out what flavours and combinations they like best.
“Anyone can learn a recipe, but a really good cocktail bar can respond to the requests of customers and deliver something truly unique.”
