Police have released a CCTV image of a teenage boy after two ticket machines were vandalised at Altrincham Interchange.

The two machines were “smashed” shortly before 7.30pm on Saturday, September 26.

The boy is described as white, about 15-years-old, with short brown hair that is curly on top. He was wearing a blue hooded top with a large white Nike logo on the chest, and matching jogging bottoms.

Police Constable Geoff Donley, of Trafford division, said: “Someone smashed the ticket machines and this act of reckless vandalism is simply not acceptable.

“If you recognise the person in the image, please get in touch with police.”
