A boutique independent shop in the heart of Altrincham’s Market Quarter has launched a new summer collection that it says is the perfect way to “bring the natural look into your home”.
Edit & Oak’s new Summer Living Edit is the latest collection from the Greenwood Street shop that has won a loyal fanbase since opening last October and a reputation as the town’s must-visit destination for beautiful gifts and unique home and fashion accessories.
Established by Kate Harman, it takes inspiration from current fashion and interior trends to curate an eclectic range of creative and affordable pieces designed to fit into and transform your home.
The current collection uses shade of green, natural materials and subtle botanical prints as well as candles, cushions and other accessories that look to “refresh, uplift and brighten your home”.
Kate says: “At Edit & Oak, we carefully curate and source pieces that can really bring a room to life and give it a sense of personality, authenticity and unique style.
“In the summer, weather permitting, al fresco dining is very popular and brings the opportunity to decorate your exterior in the same fashion as your interior. Edit & Oak has some great pieces to inspire with outdoor seat cushions, rattan trays, huge family serving boards and botanical inspired ceramics.
“Whether you’re decorating a small apartment or a stately home, the aim of this look is to bring the outside in, conveying nature through the use of colour, texture and pattern. Edit & Oak has created a collection from which you can take elements home to create a sensory rich space and embrace the summer lifestyle.”
