A former office building on Sinderland Road in Broadheath looks set to be converted into apartments after being sold.

The freehold of Nifes House has been sold by Brinkley Investments to a private trust for a figure in excess of the £620,000 asking price.

The 6,000 sq ft building was sold with planning to convert it into 12 one and two bedroom apartments.

Ben Fallows, director of commercial agent TFC who sold the property, said: “The property is situated in a popular residential area making it ideal for conversion so our marketing was specifically targeted at the housing sector. It generated substantial interest and went to final bids achieving an excellent price.”

Canning O’Neill and TFC represented the vendor, Brinkley Investments.
