Three floors of an apartment block in Bowdon were damaged in a fire last night.
Fire crews from Altrincham, Sale, Stretford and Wythenshawe were called to a flat on East Downs Road at around 7.40pm.
They found a fire in a basement garage, which affected three floors in the building.
Firefighters were at the scene for approximately three hours, using two hose reels to put out the blaze.
No casualties were reported.
