Police are appealing for help to trace the relatives of an elderly man found unconscious on a road in Dunham last night.
The man, said to be in his 70s or 80s, was found on Black Moss Road with no ID.
He was taken to hospital, where he remains unconscious.
Police described him as having white/grey hair, 5 ft 11, of average build, and wearing a brown cardigan, black trousers and cycling shoes.
He also possessed a Seiko watch, an old set of keys including an old Volkswagon car key and two white handkerchiefs with the initial ‘B’ sewn on.
