An elderly man who was found unconscious in Dunham has been identified.
Police say the man, who was found on Black Moss Road on Tuesday night, has been reunited with his family.
He is described as being in a “poorly” condition in hospital with his family at his bedside.
Police have thanked the public for helping to identify the man.
