It’s the latest arrival on Altrincham’s booming dining scene.
Bistrot Pierre, an independently-owned restaurant group, will open its 17th UK outlet on Friday.
Located on the corner of George Street and Cross Street, the two-floor restaurant has space for 170 diners and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, French-styled interiors, a bar area and outside seating.
