A four-storey retail and office property on Stamford New Road in Altrincham town centre has been sold to a private investor for £351,000.
The property at 58 Stamford New Road – part of a terrace originally built in Victorian times – was sold on behalf of a private individual, with the sale price reflecting a yield of 10.4%.
The 2,697 sq ft property is currently let to the Rymans Stationers Group, producing an annual rental of £37,500 with two years left on the lease.
Daniel Lee, director of Regional Property Solutions, who acted for the vendor, said: “We had a great deal of interest in this investment resulting in final sealed bids, which produced a figure in excess of the asking price.”
