Bellway Homes is to build a new development of detached homes on land in Timperley that was formerly home to Crosby Nurseries.
The housebuilder has acquired the two-acre site off Wood Lane and will transform it into 16 four-bedroom detached homes. Planning permission has been secured.
It was formerly used by wholesale business Crosby Nurseries, which supplied bedding plants to retailers and garden centres.
Bellway says the development, to be known as The Nurseries, will encompass four different house types, each with a private garden and garage.
