A lead generation company has snapped up a refurbished office suite in the heart of Hale village within weeks of it becoming available.
Ropto Ltd, is relocating to Hale Place at 229 Ashley Road – directly above Tesco Express – from its current offices at Lynnfield House, Altrincham.
It has agreed a five-year lease on 2,680 sq ft of Grade A offices.
Neil Gee, managing director of Ropto, said: “The current trend is to locate a marketing business in the Northern Quarter of Manchester where many advertising businesses are situated.
“We think a little differently, and Hale suits our needs perfectly – both from a communications and work environment perspective.”
Regional Property Solutions manage the property on behalf of the landlord W T Wilkinson Properties and acted with commercial agent TFC in the letting.
The tenant was unrepresented.
