An Altrincham tech start-up has taken additional space with a landmark building on The Downs after growing “significantly” over the past year.
Revive Management’s new Northern HQ at 1-5 The Downs will now occupy a total of 1,046 sq ft on a new three-year lease.
The company provides innovative software solutions to some of the UK’s largest organisations which helps them to collect overdue bills and debt using SMS and web applications without the need for call centre staff.
Account director Geoff Boudin said: “The business has grown significantly over the past year through a number of major client acquisitions, we now require the extra office space to accommodate our expanding northern sales and tech teams.
“Choosing to continue in our existing building makes sense as Altrincham is continuing its revival and proving to be the epicentre of a great local workforce and much improved amenities.”
Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions that recently took over the management and letting of the building for TELL Holdings, said: “This landmark building is currently undergoing refurbishment and we expect the last remaining suite to be let shortly.”
The property encompassing 1-7 The Downs was recently sold by Willan Investments to TELL Holdings Ltd for £725,505.
