A total of three cars were stolen during two burglaries on houses in Hale inside 24 hours over the weekend.
Shortly after midnight this morning, a Mini Cooper and an Audi Q5 were stolen during a burglary on Chiltern Drive.
The Mini has since been recovered after a police pursuit, but the grey Audi Q5 Estate – registration plate MM64 GKL – is still outstanding.
in a separate incident, an Audi S3 Quattro was stolen from a house during a burglary on High Elm Road just after 3am yesterday morning.
The vehicle was recovered yesterday afternoon after a police pursuit in another area within Greater Manchester.
One male has been arrested on suspicion of burglary.
