A problem with an electrical sub station has forced the closure of Loreto Grammar School tomorrow.
A statement from the Altrincham school said it was experiencing a “significant” problem that had left the school without heating, electricity or IT systems.
Pupils and staff had been due back tomorrow after the Christmas break but engineers will now be back at the school in the morning to try to rectify the issue.
There’s no word yet on whether the school will be open on Friday.
