A Hale bar has officially opened the doors to its new “darts experience”.
Morley’s on Ashley Road has officially launched The Oche Club, featuring booths for groups of six, eight or 10, fast-paced multiplayer games and new dart-tracking technology.
Scores are counted and recorded instantly onto tablets located next to the dartboard, and club hosts are on hand to provide guidance on the game and serve food and drink direct to the booths.
The venue can also be booked for corporate and team building sessions.
Bar owner Dom Clancy said: “The Oche Club is a completely fresh offering for Hale. There’s nothing else like it around here and as part of our #unityinthecommunity stance, we’re really delighted to bring something new and vibrant to the Hale scene to complement our food and drinks offering at Morley’s.
“The game play is fast and fun and will definitely help to bring out the competitive edge of anyone playing – whether you’ve stood at the oche before or not.”
Morley’s opened in the former Stockyard unit earlier this year after a change of ownership.
Its menu includes pan European-influenced fusion food with hanging kebabs, burgers, off-the-grill foods and pizza.
Morley’s and The Oche Club are open from 12pm to 11pm from Sunday to Thursday and 12pm – 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
