A man in his 20s has died and another is fighting for his life after a car collided with a tree in Dunham Massey.
The two men were travelling in a silver BMW M3 when it crashed into a tree on Paddock Lane at around 12.30am on Sunday morning.
One man, understood to be the driver, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

“The families and friends of these men are still coming to terms with what has happened to their loved one. Our priority is to support them and provide them with the facts about what has happened.
“I would urge anyone who saw this car on Paddock Lane, or at any point prior to the collision. to please contact the investigation team. I would also ask anyone with dash-cam footage, or any information which could help us, to please contact us too.”
