Two men in their 20s have been arrested by police investigating the theft of five cars from an Altrincham car dealership on Monday.
The men were arrested in the Preston area and have been released under investigation. Police have also recovered two Ford Fiestas taken during the robbery.
A group of around 10 offenders are believed to have been involved in the burglary, which took place just after 2am on Monday May 27th.
A man was subsequently discovered to have forced entry to the premises at 11.20pm on Sunday evening and stolen a number of car keys.
The three outstanding stolen vehicles – which police are trying to trace – are a silver Ford Focus (reg GF62 WEP), silver Ford Fiesta (MH68 EOU) and white Ford Fiesta (MJ19 OEX).
