Six local businesses have committed themselves to Trafalgar House in Altrincham as the office development undergoes a £3million refurbishment.
The Manchester Road development comprises 36,000 sq ft of high-quality space including a new ground floor café, secure bike storage and lockers and upgraded shower facilities.
Life insurance company That’s Life has expanded its footprint in the building to 2,000 sq ft whilst recruitment company Rullion has also taken 2,000 sq ft on a three-year lease.
E M Accountancy Ltd has expanded to 284 sq ft while start-ups Flumlite Technologies, Brook Meade Insolvency and Money Worries have also taken space.
The renovation is being carried out by Selbourne Group Limited, with the new tenancy deals sucured by Canning O’Neill and Regional Property Solutions.
The second floor is currently being renovated with one suite, with one suite already taken by Spatial Developments, who move from 911 sq ft to 1,995 sq ft.
The deals come after the newly created ‘The Studios’ welcomed a mixture of medical and fitness businesses including Dental Scan, Cheshire Yoga, Flawless Skin Clinic and physiotherapist Helen Roberts.
