A former garage in Hale is to be demolished to make way for two semi-detached houses.
Landmark Living has secured permission to build the two four-bedroomed homes on Queens Road.
The site, formerly a garage, was more recently converted to offices and is close to Stamford Park Primary School.

The new houses will be around 2,000 sq ft and 2,250 sq ft in size and work is set to start in the summer, with a proposed completion date of summer/autumn 2024.
The prices of the new homes – which will be marketed as Queens Walk – are yet to be confirmed.

Landmark Living has recently worked on other local developments including Brook Avenue and Church Walk.
Local architect Calderpeel worked on the designs for the new houses.
