Bruntwood Places has completed the latest renovation at Station House – refurbishing the first and sixth floors – as the Altrincham landmark prepares to mark 60 years in the town.
Located just yards from the transport interchange from which it takes its name, Station House has been part of Altrincham's townscape since 1966. This year it turns 60 – and owner Bruntwood Places is marking the anniversary with the latest stage of its ongoing investment in the building.
The sixth floor's new suites – nine serviced and four conventional workspaces, alongside two meeting rooms, bookable through the website, and two private phone booths – have already proved a hit, with the floor now fully let.
Attention now turns to the newly renovated first floor, which offers six conventional and eight serviced suites, plus three phone booths, ready to move into.

Coworking
For freelancers, start-ups and mobile workers. Pay as you go from £15 for a half day or £25 for a full day. Monthly membership at £95 gives you three days a week in the lounge coworking space.
Meeting rooms
Rooms for up to 6 people, available from 30 minutes upwards. AV equipment and refreshments included. From £30 per hour.
Serviced offices
Furnished and ready to move into. From £330 per desk per month, six-month contracts. Daily cleaning, superfast internet and mail handling included.
Leased & Made and Managed
Leased offices from 12 months to fit out yourself, or Made & Managed – Bruntwood Places designs, furnishes and runs it – on a single monthly fee with no upfront costs.
