Altrincham Mosque is to hold a public open day late this month.
Visitors can tour the building on Grove Lane on Saturday 19 September from 3pm to 5pm.
They'll be able to meet members of the congregation and ask about its day-to-day work in the community. There will be home-cooked food, refreshments and children’s activities.
The event is part of the national Visit My Mosque initiative.
Trustee Shahyda Chaudhry said: “We want people to feel welcome and comfortable coming through our doors, whether they’ve walked past the mosque many times or have simply wondered what happens inside.
"Come in, have a look around, meet us and ask questions.”
Entry is free but places must be booked in advance using this form. The mosque's address is Grove Lane, Altrincham, WA15 8JG.
