Innova is proposing to develop a new data centre in Cheshire East on land south of Lymm Road, WA14 4TP, to the north of the M56 and west of the A556.
Innova is holding a public consultation event on the 30th of September 2026, from 4pm until 8pm at High Legh Village Hall, West Lane, Knutsford, WA16 6LR; to give residents, businesses and the wider community to learn more about the proposals for the Spodegreen data centre and provide feedback at an early stage.
Feedback received through the consultation will help inform and refine the design as the project develops, with a second information event due to be held later in 2026 to show detailed information about the project and how the proposals have evolved.
