A new bathroom and boiler showroom is opening in Timperley village.
Village Bathrooms & Boilers will be opening in a 350 sq ft unit at 5 Charles Court on a five-year lease.
Nick Kelsall, from A K Plumbing & Heating Ltd, said: “We are excited to be opening Village Bathrooms & Boilers, our first showroom outlet this week, which is a new venture for our established family plumbing and heating services business based in Sale.
“The new showroom will enable us to attract a wider customer base from which to offer our expertise to provide a comprehensive design, supply and installation service on a wide range of bathrooms and central heating systems to suit a variety of needs and applications including adaptations for the elderly and disabled.”

He said: “Charles Court is a popular enclave in the village centre and this retail outlet attracted a lot of interest and let at the quoting rent.
“This reflects the current demand for retail outlets in popular suburban locations and the willingness of new retailers go for it. The whole parade is now fully let.”
