Altrincham travel to the south coast to take on Weymouth in the National League today at 3pm.
The Robins are without a win in six games, having recently been knocked out of the FA Cup to National League North outfit Gateshead United.
“We are a team of winners and that’s why we’re so disappointed. We’re not taking this lightly,” said Parkinson.
He added: “We’ve had some big highs this season but this is an all-time low.”
Alty need to bounce back with a good result this weekend, according to Parkinson.
This weekend’s opposition sit 18th in the National League with 15 points from 15 games, whereas the Robins sit in 12th place with 20 points from 14 games.
The Terrars, as Weymouth are nicknamed, come off the back of a 4-0 defeat last Saturday to league leaders Chesterfield.
A win for Altrincham could see them climb to 10th position, possibly leapfrogging local rivals Stockport County and Woking FC in the process.
In team news, Dan Mooney looks to have fully recovered after appearing as a substitute and finding the net in Alty’s cup game on Tuesday night. Apart from Connor Kirby, there are no other injured squad members.
