The Watersons Hale 10k is to return for a third year next month.
Organisers are expecting the race, which is scheduled for Sunday 18th February, to be a sell-out with 1,500 set to take part.
Starting on South Downs Road at 10.15am, this year's route will take in Hale village before heading out into Ashley and finishing in the grounds of Ashley Hall.
There'll be entertainment along the route with food and drink stalls, face painting, live music and more at Ashley Hall, all hosted by Happy Radio’s Darren Proctor.
There will also be a 3km race for younger runners or those simply looking to enjoy a shorter distance.
£1,500 prize money is up for grabs across the two races, and all finishers will receive a bespoke race medal. D-Tag timing chips will record every participant’s individual race time.
