Altrincham Garrick Playhouse is bringing a family favourite to the stage this Easter.
Based on E. Nesbit's beloved novel and adapted by Mike Kenny, The Railway Children will run from Wednesday 8th to Sunday 18 April.
When their father mysteriously disappears, siblings Bobbie, Peter and Phyllis leave their London life behind and relocate with their mother to a cottage in rural Yorkshire - where the local railway becomes the backdrop for a series of adventures, friendships and discoveries.

Mike Kenny's adaptation first premiered at the National Railway Museum in 2008 before a major staging at London Waterloo in 2010.
This production is directed by Jonathan Barker.
