Tickets on sale now for Dunham Massey's brand-new 2026 Christmas light trail

It will return from November 20th.

Tickets are now on sale for the 10th year of Christmas at Dunham Massey, running from 20th November to 2nd January.

Dunham Massey's popular Christmas light trail is set to return this winter with an all-new illuminated route through the National Trust estate, marking the event's 10th year.

Christmas at Dunham Massey 2026 will see the historic house and gardens transformed after dark into a mile-long trail of light and sound installations, with new displays in the gardens and, for the first time this year, projections across the grand facade of the house itself.

Produced by internationally acclaimed light trail creators, the experience pairs seasonal music with large-scale visual displays, with organisers promising plenty of photo opportunities along the route.

James Dakin, Director of Live Experiences at RG Live, said: "Celebrating its 10th year, Christmas at Dunham Massey 2026 promises an evening of light, wonder and festive joy. It will be the kind of experience that turns a simple winter's night into a shared Christmas moment by transforming the historic house and garden into a glowing landscape of colour, fire and festivity.

It'll be the 10th year of Christmas at Dunham Massey

"From the first glow of the trail to the new lights throughout, we want visitors to feel fully immersed in the festive season and to create a night people will remember long after the lights have faded."

Seasonal food and warming drinks will be available on site, with fairground rides also on offer. Separate charges apply for both.
